Not have singularities micro event horizon as a full size black holes?
Do micro singularities even exist or is it Star Trek Stuff?
The only definition of an event horizon is the minimum point at which an object moving at the speed of light can not escape the gravitational pull of the body. The reason black holes have event horizons is due to the singularity at the center of the black hole. So in short, yes, micro-singularities have event horizon.
